Growing up in Europe with my parents and three brothers, some of my fondest memories were gathered around the dinner table, sharing homemade meals and stories from the day. My passion for cooking continued to grow while working in Sicily, Italy, where I immersed myself in the rich culinary traditions of the region. During my time there, I had the opportunity to take cooking lessons in both Lentini and Palermo, learning authentic techniques and recipes that have inspired me ever since. Through these experiences, I discovered that my love for cooking and belief that good food and good wine brings people together and transcends culture.
